ARCUB is Arts and Culture Bucharest, the capital’s most notorious and prestigious cultural institution. Following a lengthy process of research and analysis, we’ve developed a complex new identity system that can accommodate all of ARCUB’s events and manifestations. The new logo system brings to the foreground the exact footprints of various historic buildings that ARCUB resides in - a metaphor for the marks that cultural events leave in the lives of people. The new identity includes logo variations for all venues, brand design rules and a brand manual for further communications, stationary and other various brand design related content. The 2013 ARCUB annual report launched the new identity to the public.

Along with the new brand we've designed the communication materials for various series of events created and hosted by ARCUB.
JAZZAJ is a bimonthly jazz concert series showcasing the best Romanian and international jazz artists. From naming & logo to a poster & postcard series, the concept celebrated the improvisational structures of jazz through 3D point cloud portraits of the artists.

Naming, branding and communications done another series of events: the Trialogues at ARCUB - a bimonthly event with talks and live music.

Series of 18 posters celebrating the 18th anniversary of ARCUB - from theatre to concerts, performance to film, the 18X18 series had just about everything for everybody.

Along with the 18th anniversary, we've designed a book that traced the history of Hanul Gabroveni, ARCUB's newest location hosted in one of the most beautiful buildings in Bucharest.
