EU Project Communication & Dissemination

Design & dissemination for European projects

Your project. Out in the world.

You’re building knowledge, testing ideas and finding better ways to do things. We turn that work into identities, websites, publications and campaigns people can understand and use.

Complex work. A clear way in.

You know why it matters.
Let’s make sure others do too.

A project can mean one thing to a researcher, another to a city team, and something else to the people it’s meant to help. We find the useful thread and give each audience a way in.

We work with coordinators, research teams and communication leads to give European projects a clear public presence. The story, the design and the practical tools for sharing it. From the first introduction to the results someone can put to work.

Based in Bucharest. Working across European partnerships.

Give the work a place to grow.

Creative Circular Cities

Six cities exploring what culture and creativity can bring to the circular transition. A shared story, with useful things to find behind it.

We developed the public framing, identity, website, editorial system and communication toolkit. The platform brings city experiments, resources and practical guidance together for partners and people taking the ideas further.

CARE

Research about arts and wellbeing had something useful to say. It needed a language people could connect with.

For CARE’s European awareness campaign, we created “More arts, more wellbeing”: the concept, visual language, messages and partner toolkit. Illustration, motion and adaptable formats gave organisations across six countries a shared way to bring the idea into everyday life.

03 / Culture & cities / European network

Many cities. One shared language.

Culture Next

A European city network needs to speak with a common voice, across local programmes, conferences and international conversations.

We developed Culture Next’s strategy, visual and verbal identity. Member-city marks, conference signatures, co-branding rules and digital layouts give partners a recognisable system with room for their own context.

What we can make with you

The plan becomes
something people can use.

A website to explore. A brief to act on. A toolkit to share. We connect each output to an audience and a purpose, then give it the thinking, words and design it needs.

01

Communication planning & project story

What does the project change? Who needs to know? What should they do with it? We work through those questions with your team and turn the answers into a clear story, a realistic plan and a shared set of messages.

  • Audience mapping
  • Project narrative
  • Key messages
  • Content plan
  • Output & channel map
02

Project identity & partner templates

Give the project a face and the partnership a common starting point. We build an identity that holds together across organisations, then make the everyday templates that help people use it. Clear enough to follow. Distinctive enough to remember.

  • Logo & visual system
  • Co-branding rules
  • Presentation templates
  • Social templates
  • Partner guidelines
03

Websites & resource libraries

A useful home for the project, from its first public introduction to its growing body of results. We organise the content around what people need to find, with clear routes through the research, resources and stories. Build, hosting and ongoing care are agreed as part of the scope.

  • Website structure & copy
  • Website design & build
  • Resource libraries
  • News & project updates
  • Team handover
04

Reports, briefs & information design

Good findings deserve a good reading experience. We help turn dense material into well-structured publications, clear diagrams and useful summaries, working with your subject experts to keep the meaning intact. The detail stays. The reader gets a way through it.

  • Reports & publications
  • Policy briefs
  • Infographics & diagrams
  • Research summaries
  • Practical toolkits
05

Campaigns, motion & event materials

Some ideas need a public moment. Others need a steady presence. We develop the concept and make the assets for your campaign, conference or results launch, with formats your partners can pick up and use across their own channels.

  • Campaign concepts
  • Illustration & motion
  • Social content
  • Posters & roll-ups
  • Conference & launch materials
Working with the partnership

One plan.
Everyone knows their part.

01

Get into the project

We read the brief, talk to the people involved and agree the audiences, outputs and timetable. Who supplies the evidence, who reviews it and who signs it off all have a place in the plan.

02

Make the system

We develop the story and design, then test them on real materials. Shared templates, organised files and clear review stages help partners contribute and keep the work moving.

03

Put it into use

We produce, adapt and hand over the agreed materials. Along the way, we keep a record of outputs and, where included in scope, channel performance, so your communication lead has useful evidence for reporting.

When to bring us in

At the start.
Or at the next big moment.

Shaping a proposal

While there’s still room to plan. We can help define the communication approach, design outputs, production timetable and budget for a clearly agreed contribution.

Building the project

An identity, a website and a toolkit to get started. Then a design partner for the publications, campaigns and partner requests that arrive along the way.

Sharing the results

A report, a conference, a public campaign or a collection of resources. We can join for a focused piece of work and give the results a clear route to their audience.

Fair questions.

Read our take on communication in Horizon Europe proposals
Communication, dissemination — what’s the difference?

Communication helps people understand the project and why it matters. Dissemination shares the results with people who can use them. We support both through clear stories, useful formats and design. For result uptake, we work with your domain leads to create the materials that support their plans.

Can you support a Horizon Europe proposal?

Yes. We’re open to selected proposals where our communication and design work fits. Our delivered experience includes Interreg and Creative Europe work; we have not yet delivered a Horizon Europe action. We agree the role, responsibilities and participation route with the coordinator for the specific call.

Can you work alongside our communication lead?

Absolutely. We can take on a defined design package, support an existing communication team or scope a broader contribution. We agree the outputs, review process and handover together, so everyone knows who is doing what.

How do you handle languages and partner approvals?

We design for the languages and formats agreed in the brief, using approved copy and translations. Together, we name the reviewers, allow time for local checks and keep versions organised. Translation, specialist review and accessibility testing can be scoped with the appropriate expertise.

What about funding credits and visibility requirements?

We build the supplied programme marks, funding statements, disclaimers and partner credits into the agreed templates. Your project lead confirms the applicable requirements and signs off the versions for use. That gives the whole partnership a consistent starting point.

What do you need to put together a scope?

Send the project summary, programme or call, stage, deadline and the work you need help with. A budget range, partner list and any procurement requirements are useful too. We can then work out the right team, deliverables and timing.

Good work deserves to travel.

What are you ready to share?

A proposal taking shape. A project getting started. Results ready to leave the folder. Tell us where you are and what you need to make. We’ll work out the next step together.

Discuss an EU project

Send the project or call, your deadline, the scope you have in mind and a budget range, if available.
